Cookie Cutter Refund and Shipping Policy


Our cutters are 3D printed just for you when you order!

Orders are final sale, returns are not accepted, all cutters are made to order and we do not hold inventory. If you need to change or alter your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has begun printing we will not be able to alter it due to the print to order nature of our products. If you realize you have made a mistake at the time of purchase you must request a cancellation with in 24 hours. Once cancelled you may place your order again with the correction. Please contact us right away for assistance with this process.

If you received a damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. You must report your damaged item within 15 days of receiving your order.



All cutters are shipped from Ashburn, VA.  USA.

Cutters will ship after the processing time of 4-5 business days via the United State Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping options for the USPS are, USPS First Class Mail (USPS does not offer insurance with this option), USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express. You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. The USPS does not deliver or pick up items on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so take that into consideration when placing your order. Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.   

The USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all of our shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, we recommend using the Priority Shipping option.

The USPS is responsible for transit delays, damaged or lost packages during shipping, please contact USPS for insurance claims if applicable. Feel free to contact us if you are not getting responses from the carrier about your claim.
